Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Less (sayless.is), operated by PM Frontier LLC ("Less", "we", "us"). By connecting Less to an AI assistant or creating an account, you agree to them.

1. What Less is

Less is a savings service that works inside AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. When your assistant asks, Less returns coupon codes, cashback offers, and comparisons of products and services, and issues tracked links. When a purchase made through a tracked link earns Less an affiliate commission, we credit 50% of our net commission to your Less wallet as cashback.

2. What Less is not

• Less is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Comparisons are estimates based on published pricing and program terms at the time of the answer.
• Less is not the merchant. Your purchase is a contract between you and the merchant or service provider, on their terms.
• Less does not guarantee that any code works, any price is current, or any commission will be confirmed by the network.

3. Accounts

You need an account to accrue cashback. One account per person. You must be at least 18 and able to receive payouts via a supported method (Wise or PayPal). You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is real and immediate, except that we retain transaction records we are legally required to keep, in anonymized form where possible.

4. Cashback

• Cashback is a share of commissions actually received by Less. It shows as pending when a network reports a purchase, becomes locked when the network confirms the commission (typically 30–90 days), and can be withdrawn once your locked balance reaches $10.
• If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, or clawed back by the network, the associated cashback reverses — including, where necessary, by netting against your future balance.
• Cashback amounts shown before a purchase are estimates. The credited amount is based on what the network actually reports and pays.
• The 50% split is our current policy. If it ever changes, the change applies only to future purchases — never to cashback already in your wallet.

5. Fair use

Self-referral schemes, automated clicking, misrepresenting purchases, or any activity that violates an affiliate network's terms voids the related cashback and may lead to account closure. We apply daily limits on tracked links as an abuse guard.

6. Availability and changes

Less is provided "as is" and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to pay out locked balances over $10 if we ever discontinue the wallet.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PM Frontier LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to Less is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount in your locked wallet balance. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts of merchants, networks, or AI assistants.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
